Two kinds of people, one mission
We pair Lean diagnostic rigour with deep AI engineering to find where AI delivers the highest return in a business, then build and embed it. To do that well, we’re hiring across two roles.
Lean Improvement Specialists
Experienced operational-improvement practitioners who can walk a process on the shop floor or wherever the work happens, map value streams, and quantify where time and money are lost. You’ve delivered Lean or continuous-improvement work in industry or consultancy, and you’re excited to apply that discipline to AI-enabled improvement.
AI Engineers
Hands-on engineers who design and ship agentic AI workflows, automations and integrations that hold up in real operations. You’re pragmatic and product-minded, comfortable with LLMs, APIs and data plumbing, and you care about building things that are safe, governed and genuinely used.
We’re an early-stage team, so you’ll have real ownership, variety across sectors, and a direct line from your work to the impact it has on clients. If that sounds like you, even if you don’t tick every box, we’d like to hear from you.
