Every Boxtree engagement is priced on an outcome basis. We agree measurable targets, typically annualised time or cost savings, before commencing.
Our fees are set so that the return in Year 1 always exceeds the cost of our support. Your investment pays for itself.
What each stage looks like in practice
Stage 1, Discovery
Our Lean consultants spend structured time in your business, on the floor, in your systems, with your team. Using value stream mapping, we build a complete picture of where time, cost and capacity are being consumed.
We're looking specifically for high-volume, repetitive activities with manual handling at their core, the places where AI can have immediate, substantial impact. Output: a clear map of your top opportunities, ranked by expected return.
Stage 2, Business Case
For each prioritised opportunity, we build a full, rigorous business case, not a high-level estimate. A detailed cost-benefit analysis that sets out the expected saving, the cost of our support, and the resulting net return.
We agree targets with you before any build begins. If the numbers don't stack up, we don't proceed. This gate ensures every pound you invest in Boxtree delivers a measurable return that exceeds it.
Stage 3, Implementation
